Therefore, we also provide a free initial consultation to employers to discuss any employment matters.
We are happy to provide any initial advice for your work situation, our aim is to provide you with the tools you need to make an informed decision about whether you are able to handle the situation yourself, or whether you should consider seeking legal representation.
If you think you require further representation, then you can discuss the following options with us.
An hourly rate option would be appropriate if you require representation during any stage of your employment relationship.
This includes but is not limited to, representation at a formal meeting, employment agreements or any letter drafted for your employee.
Our hourly rate is set at $200 + GST.
We will ensure that fair and appropriate procedures are followed to ensure the best possible outcome for you and your business.
When you are not confident that you will be able to meet the costs associated with the hourly rate, a fixed fee option can be a great alternative for clients who prefer to have certainty of costs.
At our discretion, we may agree to fix a fee based on a “pay what you can afford” basis.
